In your role as a Sales Representative, you'll connect with customers who come in to browse, shop, and seek inspiration from our store's product offerings. We need you to make them feel welcome, valued, and completely at ease – even if their guard is up. Engage with customers as they walk into our store, using your approachable nature to put them at ease and help them find what they're looking for. Employ excellent questioning skills to understand their unique needs and preferences and guide them to the perfect furniture and decor options. Make well-informed style and functionality recommendations and assist customers in making confident purchasing decisions. Build lasting relationships with our clients to ensure they have the best possible shopping experience, fostering trust and loyalty. Keep up to date with our furniture collections and the latest industry trends to effectively match customers with the best-fit products. Proven sales experience in the world of furniture, new homes, automobiles, or electronics, or similar with a knack for relationship building and an understanding of customer service excellence. Experience or interest in interior design is an asset. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. A drive to excel in a sales-driven environment. A friendly, approachable demeanor with the ability to connect with customers instantly. Willingness to continuously learn about our products and explore ways to improve the customer experience.
