Responsibilities

• Help customers complete their tax returns using Intuit TurboTax products, providing tax guidance, reviewing self‑filed returns, preparing full‑service returns, and managing product / software inquiries.
• Use government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to research and provide accurate answers to customers in clear terms.
• Act in a virtual, customer‑facing role, using state‑of‑the‑art video communication software to interact with customers, documenting interactions to maintain accurate records.

Compensation

Competitive compensation package based on a pay‑for‑performance rewards approach. Base pay ranges from $24.50 per hour to $33.50 per hour in PEI, BC, and Nova Scotia. This position is eligible for cash bonuses, equity rewards, and benefits. Pay is based on experience, knowledge, and location. Regular pay equity comparisons are conducted by Intuit to ensure fairness across ethnicity and gender categories.
