Key Responsibilities
- Drive end‑to‑end management of complex L&D projects from scoping, planning, execution through evaluation.
- Ensure initiatives align with business priorities, are scalable, and deliver measurable impact.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects and programs with rigor across scope, timelines, budget, risks, dependencies, and communications.
- Establish governance rhythms and execution plans that ensure consistent, high‑quality delivery.
- Oversee the learning portfolio structure and evolution, ensuring offerings meet capability needs and business objectives.
- Apply adult learning principles and blended strategies (virtual, digital, experiential) to maintain relevance and effectiveness.
- Serve as a trusted partner to business leaders, HR and cross‑functional teams to understand performance needs and translate them into actionable learning solutions.
- Facilitate alignment on priorities, success measures, and deployment plans across regions and functions.
- Source, manage, and optimize relationships with external vendors, facilitators, and content providers.
- Embed learning into business processes to support adoption and sustained behavior change.
- Interpret learner feedback and program metrics to assess impact, identify gaps, and drive continuous improvement.
- Coordinate and oversee learning events and activities including workshops, webinars, and external programs.
- Stay current on emerging trends and best practices in learning technologies and professional development.
- Bring forward new ideas and improvements that enhance effectiveness, efficiency, and scalability.
Ideal Profile
Progressive experience in Learning & Development, Project / Program Management, Change Management, or related fields leading multi‑program or enterprise initiatives.Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results in a fast‑paced environment.Strong stakeholder and vendor partnership skills, with comfort engaging across levels and functions.Familiarity with change management practices and supporting adoption of learning initiatives.Experience supporting global and / or cross‑functional L&D initiatives, working virtually across time zones.Strong communication skills (written, verbal, facilitation), with a practical, solutions‑oriented approach.Qualifications
Education : Bachelor’s degree required.Experience : Minimum 7–10 years of relevant experience.Certification : CHRP (as required).What Success Looks Like (first 6–12 months)

Work Location : Remote (Canada) – open to candidates based in Ontario, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, or Quebec.Employment Type : Full‑Time, Regular.Compensation Range : CAD $115,000 – $130,000 (determined based on relevant experience, skills, internal equity, and location).Why Vialto Partners
