Randstad Canada is currently partnering up with some of Winnipeg’s best companies that are looking for experienced and highly organized Junior Executive Assistants to join their teams on a permanent basis.

As a Junior Executive Assistant, you will assist executives in their daily tasks, coordinate schedules, handle administrative duties and act as a reliable point of contact. Responsibilities

Your duties will include but are not limited to :

  • Manage and maintain executives’ calendars, including scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Prepare correspondence, presentations, and reports
  • Manage email and phone communications
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation
  • Organize and prepare for meetings
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as directed
  • Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of proven experience in an administrative role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (MS Work, MS Excel, MS Outlook)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Capability to prioritize tasks, manage calendars and coordinate meetings
  • Strong typing / data entry and problem-solving skills
