Role and Responsibilities
The role we are offering you :
As a glass technician for the MAD (magnetic anomaly detection product) production department, you will be responsible for the production of bulbs and magnetic resonance cells.
Your challenges :
- Blow, shape, separate or assemble glass components to very precise dimensions
- Inspect parts on a microscopic scale to identify microcracks, scratches and check glass wall thickness
- Operate a vacuum and pumping system to control the pressures of different gases
- Act as a reference point for engineering (technical support and analysis of recurring issues arising from repairs)
- Contribute to ensuring the maintenance of quality certifications (ISO 9001 at AS9100) for the department

DEC in laboratory technique, glass blowing or any other relevant combination3 years of professional experienceChemical and thermodynamic knowledgeHas good technical analysisKnow how to work meticulouslyHighly organized, good time management skillsGood verbal and written communication in French and English.Demonstrated ability to work in a team and collaborateMastery of the Office Suite, particularly Excel,CAE offers :
