Role Summary
The Business Intelligence Manager will be a member of the North America Global Supply Chain (GSC) team and will lead the Capabilities, Reporting and Analytics strategy for the Canada Operations. This role will work directly with the Canada Market Lead, as well as the IMex, Supply Chain (SC), Logistics and Customer Service (CS) teams.
- Requirements Gathering – Understanding multiple stakeholder’s business across the Canadian GSC network and translate requirements into well designed data solutions.
- Data Visualization – Apply analytics and basic programming to visualize data in easy‑to‑understand formats, such as diagrams, graphs and data trends.
- Data Collection – Ensure data is gathered, cleansed, stored and accessible to support the operation.
- Implementation and Business Adaption – Assure solutions are tested, maintained and adopted across the GSC network.
Role Responsibilities
Primary interface to the Market Lead, to support the Logistics, SC & CS leaders to evaluate business requirements and suggest technical approaches to meet operational needs. Expected to develop and implement solutions that improve the following processes :
Analyze current processes, identify opportunities, and implement solutions / tools to increase efficiency and automation.Design, develop and implement reports and analytical tools using Tableau, Power BI or similar technologies.Reporting and analytics solutions that support timely data management and visualizations required to support Day‑to‑Day tasks and optimize Business Review Meetings.Create dashboards on volume and order processing data to support the Budgeting Process.Assist with developing and maintaining detailed Warehouse Capacity projections and modeling across the Canadian network.Support Logistics Lead with any Health Canada (HC) and compliance reporting needs.Design and develop reports to facilitate inventory leveling and deployment across our Logistics Distribution Centers.Implement visual S&OP dashboards to guide and improve focused communications with stakeholders.Advance the digital footprint, productivity and labor within the Canada GSC operations.Data Visualization
Design, reports and analytical tools using Tableau, Alteryx or similar technology.Visualize data to display key performance metrics, operational dashboards and data trends.Act as the Canada Subject Matter Expert to align digital strategies and initiatives with Global cross‑functional teams, looking to consolidate efforts, find synergies and exchange knowledge.Design self‑service solutions intended to reduce the need for ad‑hoc requests.Data Collection
Assure data is being collected and stored to achieve operational goals.Monitor weekly, monthly and quarterly data collection processes.Analyze data trends and ensure accuracy.Proactively generate technical documentation for the team’s processes.Create and maintain documentation that includes design, requirements and user manuals for the organization.Regular communication with stakeholders for estimated deliveries of solutions and collection of user feedback.Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field preferred, with 5+ years of relevant experience.Strong digital, analytical capabilities required – ability to observe patterns and trends in data, determine root cause of issues and draw proper conclusions from analysis.Demonstrable data analysis and data mining skills (SQL, Tableau Prep etc.).Advanced knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Alteryx, PowerBI etc.).Ability to effectively manage projects – timelines, stakeholders, risks and translate business needs into technical solutions.Previous experience with SAP preferred.Prior experience with Python or R preferred.Key capabilities

Annual base salary ranges from $92,100 to $153,500. Salary range applies only to Canada.
