Antec Controls ( www.anteccontrols.com ), a division of Price Industries, is a leader in environmental monitoring and control for critical spaces such as operating rooms, isolation rooms, and laboratories. Our range of products includes electronic controllers, touchscreen interfaces, sensors, air valves and many other supporting products. Our controllers are highly configurable, allowing for optimization of room and fume hood control.

Antec Controls has a diverse engineering team which includes electrical, software and mechanical disciplines. The successful candidate will be expected to learn and create expertise within the role while remaining open to cross-training within our fast-growing business.

Quality Assurance Technician – Antec Controls

Antec Controls isexperiencing rapid growth and to support this momentum, we’re excited to introduce the newly created roleof QA Technician . We are looking for a detail-oriented, organized individual to join our team . As a Quality Assurance Technician , you will play a critical role in ensuring that the highest of quality standards are met for all products and processes.

Thesuccessful candidate's responsibilities will include:

• Performs routine process quality checks
• Performs quality inspections on parts and finish ed good assemblies
• Facilitates on processing field quality issues, customer returns and supplier quality issues
• Administers the issuance of non-conforming reports and works with the affected department on the formulation of corrective action plan s
• Co nducts training and certification of production associates
• Creates and updates procedures and work instructions as required
• Assist s in the maintenance and improvement of the quality management systems required by ISO 9001 standards
• Conducts internal audits based on ISO 9001 standards
• Works with manufacturing on process improvement initiatives

The ideal candidate for this position will have:

• 2+ years’ experience in quality related position in manufacturing environment
• College Diploma, or Technology program or equivalent
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and internal audits
• St rong interpersonal, communication, organization skills with an eye for detail
• A bility to work both independently and in team environment to meet timeline-dependent deliverables.
