GFL Environmental is looking for a driven relationship-focused Sales Administrator to join our solid waste division supporting customers across Southeast Saskatchewan. If youre a hands-on sales professional who thrives on connection accountability and follow-through. The Sales Administrator is responsible for enhancing client relationships while growing market share. The role will be relied upon to coordinate new business proposals with prospective and existing clients. This position will focus primarily on growing accounts within our Solid Waste collection services in addition to instilling confidence in our customers that they are dealing with the industry leader.

Job Duties

Compile information from multiple sources for bids and tenders.

Analyze customer needs and present solutions utilizing the Companys diverse service offerings.

Verify account details and ensure the accurate flow of information within the department.

Customer Management Championmanages all important customer account information in company databases maintain regular updates and ensure all information is complete timely and accurate.

Quickly adapts to new situations and approaches; open to change and readily adopts new methods on the face of shifting priorities.

Prepare and distribute various reports.

Requirements

Ability to handle multiple competing priorities and projects.

An independent problem solver with excellent organizational skills to work across functions.

Waste management industry experience an asset.

Passion for business excellence with exceptional follow through.

Exceptional communication both verbal and written.

Strong Proficiency in MS Office along with high attention to detail.
