Corporate Secretary/Paralegal – Not at a law firm, Great Opportunity for Growth!

A well-established, and growing advisory company is seeking a professional Corporate and Securities Paralegal to join their team of professionals. The successful applicant will provide corporate compliance, regulatory, and securities services, to an array of companies.

Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following areas:

• Corporate Records management
• Regulatory filings and continuous disclosure
• Corporate and Securities matters
• Board and Committee functions

Required Qualifications:

• Ability to work on multiple projects under pressure
• High level of organization, communication and professionalism
• Must have at least five years of experience with Corporate/Commercial and/or Securities law, ideally with some experience in a law firm
• Strong MS Word, Excel and Outlook skill set
• Completion of a paralegal program from a recognized institution

Salary: $90,000 – $100,000 per year dependent on experience.
