Schedule
The successful candidate would be required to work days, evenings and nights on weekdays and weekends as required. The successful candidate must also have availability for on call nights during weekdays and weekends.

Performance
Ability to work independently in a core lab setting in the disciplines of Specimen Collection and Processing, Hematology, Chemistry and Transfusion Science make you the perfect candidate for this position.
The successful candidate enjoys working in a team-orientated environment, and has excellent technical, communication, leadership and customer service skills.

Qualifications
Member of the College of Medical Laboratory Technologists of Ontario. General Certification in Medical Laboratory Technology from the CSMLS.
Experience in a core laboratory setting including phlebotomy skills and ECG are assets. Proficient computer skills. Experience with a Laboratory Information System - Meditech experience is ideal.
Proven ability to work independently in a dynamic multi-tasking laboratory. Familiarity with Ontario Laboratory Accreditation Requirements.
