Staffing Coordinator

Drake International is expanding and we are looking for a Staffing Coordinator to join our team in the National Capital Region! You will be responsible for building strong relationships with candidates during the recruiting process and assigning to open orders. What we offer:

What you do:

• Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
• Proactively build a pipeline of qualified candidates
• Maximize the use of social media tools and job boards to effectively attract candidates
• Source, screen, assess and recruit candidates for present and future requirements
• Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
• Interact with clients to provide continuous quality service

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
• Be an innovative thinker, able to use and develop new sources for recruitment
• Able to manage your time to meet deadlines
• Have strong multi-tasking skills
• Bilingual (French and English) is considered an asset
