As Senior Event Manager for Dead by Daylight, you will lead the strategy, planning, and execution of high-impact live and digital events that engage our community of player, amplify brand visibility, and support key marketing beats. You’ll collaborate closely with brand, community, marketing creative and production teams to deliver immersive experiences and memorable presence.In this role, you’ll be instrumental in crafting experiences that deepen our connection with the community and bring the game’s horror and lore into the real world. In this role you will :

• Develop and own the global event roadmap aligned with marketing campaigns and game milestones.
• Define event goals, KPIs, and success metrics in collaboration with brand and community teams.
• Develop and execute strategies to showcase Dead by Daylight brand at horror conventions, gaming events, fan meetups, and other community-driven events.
• Manage budgets, timelines, vendors, and logistics to ensure seamless execution.
• Work closely and ensure consistent messaging and lore integration across all event touchpoints, including Brand Marketing, Community, PR, Influence, and Game Production teams.
• Source and manage agencies, venues, production crews, and technical providers.
• Analyze event performance and player feedback to inform future initiatives, and deliver post-mortem reports with actionable insights and recommendations .

What we're looking for :

• ​​5-9 years of experience​ in a similar role.
• Experience with live in-person events.
• Experience managing projects with internal and external stakeholders.
• Outstanding leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Great communication and negotiation abilities.
