GyanSys is seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Project Manager to join our team. As the SAP Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing end-to-end SAP projects, with a particular focus on S / 4 HANA implementations. Your role will involve leading cross-functional teams, coordinating project activities, and ensuring successful project delivery within the defined scope, timeline, and budget.

It is a Hybrid role : 3 days work from Office. During critical phase of project, it would be 100% work from office

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and lead the entire lifecycle of SAP projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring adherence to project management best practices.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing any issues that arise during project execution.
• Manage and coordinate resources, including internal teams, external consultants, and vendors, to ensure efficient project delivery.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members, stakeholders, and senior management.
• Provide regular project status updates, progress reports, and presentations to senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with project governance processes and standards.
• Stay up to date with the latest SAP technologies and trends, and assess their potential impact on project delivery and outcomes.
• Leverage project management tools and methodologies to streamline project processes and enhance productivity.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management practices within the organization.
