Your Impact

The OpenText Storage Administrator will support general maintenance and upkeep of our global storage environment. Responsibilities include deploying storage changes, collaborating with vendors, maintaining storage infrastructure, ensuring performance specifications are met, and other duties as directed. This role participates in an on‑call rotation to manage production‑impacting issues and reports to the Senior Manager of Storage, focusing on the Corporate and Lab business.

What The Role Offers

Supporting the Operations Organization by translating storage needs into configuration specifications that provide a robust, stable, and maintainable Production Storage Processing environment, meeting or exceeding all Business Requirements.

• Participate in strategic projects
• Provide oversight of the global storage footprint
• Provide storage forecasts based on usage and trending
• Stay up to date with storage manufacturers' product offerings
• Adhere to ITIL standards and processes
• Provide Level 3 expertise for break / fix issues
• Ensure accurate and non-disruptive changes in production by collaborating with technical services and storage resources
