ServiceNow Business Analyst

Soroc is looking for a Senior Business Analyst with expertise in ServiceNow modules on contract for one of our clients in Toronto.

Client : Financial Sector

Location : Downtown, Toronto - 2-3 days a week onsite

Duration : 6 months with high possibility of Extension

Must Have skills :

• 8 + yrs of work experience as Business Analyst preferably with financial sector clients
• 5+ yrs experience working in ServiceNow Modules - ITSM, ITAM, ITOM & ITBM
• 5+ yrs experience with Service Catalog and Service Portals, as well as building out API integrations and case exchange
• 8+ yrs experience working with stakeholders, record discoveries, and create solutions to improve corporate operations.
