Job Title : Industrial Painter
Location : Guelph, ON
Pay : $21 / hr (Depending on experience, with the possibility of a raise as new machines are learned)

Job Summary :
We are looking for experienced Industrial Painters to join our team in Guelph. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with industrial painting in a manufacturing environment and be able to work independently and as part of a team.
Requirements :
- Proven experience in industrial painting.
- Must have your own car, as the bus does not cover the full shift.
- Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to new tasks as needed.
Key Responsibilities :
- Apply industrial coatings to surfaces using spray guns, rollers, or brushes.
- Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, and masking as necessary.
- Operate and maintain painting equipment and related machinery.
- Inspect painted surfaces for quality and ensure they meet company standards.
- Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- Read, interpret, and follow work orders, blueprints, or job specifications.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Learn and operate new machinery as necessary for the role.
