Description de posteProcesses production orders Initiates shipping releases Investigates and processes customer complaints, forwards information through proper channels Liaises with Graphics Department personnel in the development of artwork Provides Estimators with details required for price quotations Assists with training of new Account Coordinators Provides backup and support to other Account Coordinators as required Ensures customer inventory requirements, press schedules, and samples are accessible as required Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel software programs Must have strong time-management and organizational skills, able to multi-task effectively Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Must have a demonstrated strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy, detail oriented Must have superior interpersonal skills (people skills) Must have demonstrated strong customer service skills; must be service-oriented Secondary school (High School) diploma, or equivalent Three (3) years’ experience in a customer service role Competitive wages Comprehensive health and dental benefits Defined contribution pension plan Profit Sharing program Training and development support On site gym and cafeteria Being part of an awesome team
