Position: Coordinator, Professional ServicesLocation: Downtown Montreal (hybrid mode)Salary: $50,000 to $65,000 + performance bonusBenefits: Comprehensive group insurance, RRSP program, 5 weeks of vacationThe Role:Under the supervision of the Senior Director, the Coordinator will be responsible for planning, organizing, and monitoring several internal programs and strategic initiatives. They will ensure smooth information flow, prepare documents and reports, and coordinate activities and events related to managing the firm's professional staff.This role is ideal for a proactive, organized, and versatile individual who enjoys structuring, planning, and ensuring the smooth running of operations within a demanding professional environment.Main Responsibilities:- Coordinate administrative and logistical activities related to internal programs and special projects- Support the Senior Director in managing calendars, meetings, follow-ups, and internal communications- Prepare, review, and format various documents (reports, presentations, internal communications, etc.)- Track deadlines and ensure databases and tracking tools are updated- Collaborate with colleagues from different departments to ensure process consistency and efficiency- Participate in organizing internal events and in the logistics of training sessions and meetingsDesired Profile:- Postsecondary degree in administration, office management, project management, or a related field- Proven experience in coordination and administrative support in a fast-paced professional environment- Experience within a professional services firm is an asset- Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Please send your resume in Word format to Maia Slivinschi at maia.slivinschi@quantum.ca.REFER A PERM HIRE AND EARN UP TO $1,000!
