The Compensation Analyst is responsible for administering and maintaining compensation programs that align with Superior’s philosophy, objectives, and competitive market position, while adhering to local practices. The role is accountable for the efficient and effective execution of responsibilities outlined below, in alignment with our values and strategic goals.

Salary : $67,540 to $84,425 annually (based on skills, experience, qualifications, and geography).
