Interested? Here's what you'd do : -Maintain existing customer accounts through service and attention.-Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers.

  • Prospect and contact potential customers.-Reach agreed-upon sales targets by the deadline.-Resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Set follow-up appointments to inform customers of the latest developments and improvements.-Create or Collaborate with Management to deliver sales material to present to customers.
  • Territory Available GTA & Southeastern Ontario-Research new prospective customer opportunities by assessing potential and ROI.
  • Make telephone warm and cold calls, send emails, host virtual meetings as needed, and, as necessary, perform in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers to create a stable customer base within the given Territory.
  • Qualify new accounts; identify needs, provide quotes, and follow up if needed.-Review, understand, and negotiate customer terms and conditions as necessary.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, orders, or quotes expediently and effectively.-Maintain accurate calendar and CRM databases.
  • Participate in customer or employee product and service training as necessary. Here's what you'll get : Pay : $75K / yr.

Required Skills / Qualifications : -High School Diploma or GED.-Minimum of 2 years experience with Industrial & Hydraulic Hoses, Fittings & Accessories as well as customer service.

  • Minimum of 2 years of industrial B2B Field Sales experience.Preferred Skills / Qualifications : -CRM, Excel, Outlook, Teams & PowerPoint experience.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms.-Ability to build rapport with clients and work closely with our employees.-Good negotiation skills and ability to listen to what the customer needs are.
  • Deadline and detail-oriented, with the ability to ask for help when necessary. -Passion for industrial sales and service.
  • Willingness to learn, work independently, and take initiative.-Mechanically inclined. Additional Information : -Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
