Inside Sales

Were looking for someone who understands the electrical distribution world,whether youve worked in the warehouse, shipping/receiving, order desk, or admin support.

What Youll Do

• Support customers at the counter and over the phone
• Process orders, quotes, and returns
• Provide pricing and product information
• Work closely with warehouse and account managers to fulfill orders
• Assist with warranty and product inquiries
• Build strong relationships with contractors and repeat customers

• 23+ years experience in the electrical distribution industry(warehouse, inside support, admin, order desk, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of electrical products and terminology
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced branch environment
• Strong communication skills
