Required Skills & Experience

• Post‑secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 8‑10 years of progressive HR experience, with strong focus on talent management, performance management, and compensation.
• Experience managing HR programs, leading cross‑functional initiatives, and supporting organizational change.
• Experience working with HRIS systems (ADP), compensation tools, and performance management software.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment legislation, and compliance requirements.
• Exceptional leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
• Superior communication skills, both written and verbal.
