SSG Events is expanding to North America and now hiring in Toronto, Event coordinators to work independently as contractors / consultants or with the team on different events in the areas of Fashion, energy, tech and sustainability in North America, Latin America, Europe, Middle East and Asia.

The ideal candidate is a good multitasker, can be a recent graduate who is an entry-level to the industry, a social media influencer, an experienced event planner or an envy-level coordinator who want to grow in the even industry.

Responsibilities :

Take the necessary steps to be possibly the best A-Z event planner of your capacity. You will do many things that includes the content creation, social media management, data entry, marketing, campaigning, graphic design, event materials, speaker’s acquisition and probably everything else required to help you to produce a successful professional event. You may need to travel for the international events occasionally

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in event, hospitality management or public relations
• Passionate about the event industry, marketing, social media management, campaigning or sales of the events
• willing to work as a consultant or an independent contractor working on individual projects
