Description de posteMinimum 2–3 years of plated banquet serving experience (fine dining or luxury event experience strongly preferred). ProServe certification Mandatory. Impeccable professionalism, grooming, and communication skills. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and with attention to detail. Must have black serving attire (black dress shirt, black dress pants / skirt, black non-slip shoes). Ability to pass a criminal background check.
Overview
Equation Staffing is seeking experienced banquet servers to support various events for a client in Winnipeg, MB. The ideal candidates will have extensive banquet serving experience, a polished and professional presence, and the ability to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced, formal environment.
Pay
Pay : $19 - $20
Responsibilities
- Provide seamless plated dinner service to guests at a high-end banquet.
- Maintain a professional and polished demeanor at all times.
- Work efficiently as part of a team to ensure service runs smoothly.
- Anticipate guest needs and deliver an elevated hospitality experience.
- Follow direction from banquet captains and event managers.
