Reporting to the Supervisor, Exploration, the Senior Exploration Geologist is part of SSR’s greenfields exploration team and collaborates with other departments of the company. You will play an important role in leading geological practices in terms of target generation, property evaluation, exploration planning, litho‑structural mapping, 3D implicit modelling, interpretations of models and QA/QC in compliance with SSR’s best practices (including highest HSEC standards).
This position has a varied schedule. During active drilling and field programmes, a 2×2 rotation based out of our remote exploration camps or the Seabee mine site. You will be required to fly in / fly out of Saskatoon. During off‑seasons, a Monday‑to‑Friday schedule is in effect.
