Description de postePrevious automotive sales experience is an asset Valid OMVIC license Valid Ontario G Driver's License Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office No bell-to-bell, with shifts averaging 7 hours. Closed on Sundays and all holidays Small sales floor for size of dealership Long weekend Saturday rotation to ensure work / life balance Very generous commission and bonus plan, with vehicle allowance Guaranteed pay for first three months A family-run franchise dealership in business for over 40 years One of the top performing Mazda dealers in Canada Health benefits program including dental coverage RRSP with employer-match contribution An experienced leadership team that trains and mentors our staff

Kieswetter Mazda is looking for a professional addition to our sales team. Our commission plans are extremely generous and there are always vehicles on our lot to sell! This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and success-oriented individual.
We are seeking :
- A good listener who finds out the needs of their clients and presents vehicles accordingly
- Conducts professional purchase consultations, presenting financial options to their clients
- Timely follow-up and contact management
- Commitment to high customer satisfaction
