Hourly Rate:
AE-RA-Tuteur / TA-RA-Tutor : $31.89 ou/or $50.25 (2024-2025)
The academic year starts on September 1 and ends on August 31.
Undergraduate students will be paid at the lower rate; while graduate students will be paid at the higher rate.
These rates do not included vacation pay nor statutory pay.
These rates will be applied until a new collective agreement is ratified. Retro will be paid after the ratification.

Requirements and Nature of Work:
Responsibilities:
This is a lab coordinator position, wherein the employee will be responsible for diverse organizational tasks (e.g., scheduling research meetings, coordinating onboarding) and research assistant tasks (e.g., drafting ethics protocols, managing datasets, training research assistants).
Other tasks include communicating with participants, creating semiannual newsletters, communicating with co‑researchers, etc.
Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in or recently completed a bachelor’s honours degree in psychology
Extensive experience as a lab coordinator
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
Extensive experience with experimental psychopathology research
Strong familiarity and experience with the CADRe Lab at uOttawa.
