• NY LPN License
• Must have a TN Visa and social security card
• Ability to Adapt and take on all responsibilities of the LPN role

1. Base rate starts at $30, typically ranges from $30-$32 based on experience
2. NB rate $2
3. 3p-7a shift differential M-Th $1/hour
4. 3p-7a shift differential F,S,S $3/hour
5. Shift differential is not included in their pay rate, this is separate on their pay stub.
