Description de posteCollaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and define key performance indicators (KPIs). Analyze complex datasets using coding languages such as SQL, Spark, Python. Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and visualizations to communicate insights effectively. Translate data findings into actionable recommendations through compelling storytelling. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business goals and data strategies. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement innovative solutions. Compile, clean, and organize datasets to support accurate analytics and reporting needs. Design and maintain efficient data models to enable seamless integration and analysis across systems. Ensure high-quality data delivery and accurate reporting for informed decision-making. Demonstrate familiarity with data engineering tools, concepts, and pipeline development processes (Azure, fabric, purview, etc.) Ability Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing tight deadlines with high-visibility deliverables for executives. Develop efficient and scalable data models and analytics solutions, particularly in Power BI. Proficiency in coding languages (Python, Spark, SQL, DAX etc.). Good expertise in Power BI for data visualization and dashboard creation. Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical audiences. Analytical mindset with a passion for problem-solving. Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Experience with the following tools an asset : Fabric Data Analysis & Visualization : Expertise in analyzing complex datasets and creating impactful dashboards using Power BI and advanced visualization techniques. Data Modeling & Engineering Concepts : Strong ability to design efficient, scalable data models and familiarity with data engineering tools and pipelines (Azure, Fabric, Purview). Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication : Skilled at translating technical insights into actionable business recommendations and presenting them clearly to non-technical audiences. Technical Proficiency : Advanced skills in SQL, Python, Spark, DAX, and Power BI for analytics and reporting. Analytical & Problem-Solving Mindset : Ability to identify trends, optimize processes, and deliver innovative solutions under tight deadlines. Business Acumen & Storytelling : Capability to align data strategies with business goals and communicate insights through compelling narratives.
