As Service Operations Manager, you will lead and coordinate site activities for Siemens Energy wind farms, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance with project requirements. You will manage documentation, schedules, and budgets while maintaining strong relationships with all stakeholders. We seek candidates with solid wind power industry expertise, strong leadership skills, and a drive for exceptional project outcomes.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Ensure safety at all time and complete periodical inspections through the applicable reporting systems. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards and project specifications.
- Plan, organize and manage wind farms budget for each fiscal year. Work in collaboration with site planners, leads and service portfolio manager to provide on time delivery for preventive maintenances, retrofit implementation, resource allocation, contractual availability and critical milestones to the project.
- Oversee and coordinate all on-site activities, including material procurement, subcontractor management and workforce allocation, to ensure effective execution. Ensure an effective and compliant tooling calibration and warehouse management.
- Monitor project budgets and financial performance, identifying and addressing any deviations or potential risks. Foster a positive work environment, providing leadership, guidance and support to the team and encouraging productivity. Manage and resolve possible issues or ongoing disputes, implementing appropriate solutions and necessary escalation.
- Implement and achieve consistent quality standards and project expectations. Maintain accurate project documentation, including records of site activities, progress reports, change orders and as-built drawings.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the contract to collaborate closely with clients and supporting functions to address project requirements to improve overall profitability and compliance.
What You Bring
Experience in project management, with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.In-depth knowledge of service operations processes and plan, safety regulations and quality standardsProficiency in project management, software, scheduling tools and other relevant applications.Strong leadership and team management abilities, with the capacity to motivate and inspire a diverse project team.Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to effectively address challenges and make sound judgments. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
