Samples Administrator - Temporary

We are seeking a Samples Administrator to support day-to-day requests from the commercial sales team and assist in preparing samples for trade shows. This position reports to the Customer Service Manager and collaborates across the commercial team and our customers.

Employment details

This is a temporary (1-year minimum) full-time position on-site in Milton, ON, from 8 : 30am–5 : 00pm, Monday through Friday. There is no guarantee of a permanent position after the 1-year period.

Responsibilities

• Pick / pack and ship samples and trade show materials
• Create product labels
• Maintain sample stock and inventory
• Track sample activity via multiple platforms / systems, including external carrier websites (e.g., FedEx)
• Keep the sample rooms organized
• Provide sales support

Requirements

Summary

The base pay for this position is CAD 40,000–CAD 45,000 annually.
