We are seeking a seasoned

IT Program Manager

to lead a large-scale

Finance Technology initiative

focused on establishing a new entity and creating a

front-to-back systems integration workflow

across Banking and Capital Markets functions.

Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end delivery of the Finance Technology program, ensuring alignment with business objectives and enterprise architecture.

Drive integration of front, middle, and back-office systems to support new entity setup and operational workflows.

Partner with technology, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery, data integrity, and regulatory compliance.

Communicate program progress, risks, and dependencies clearly to executive and senior stakeholders.

Proactively identify issues and contribute to hands-on resolution.

Required Experience & Skills

10+ years of experience as an IT Program Manager within Banking or Capital Markets domains.

Proven experience delivering Finance Technology or systems integration programs.

Strong understanding of Banking and Capital Markets products, finance functions, and associated workflows.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with demonstrated experience engaging executive stakeholders.

Ability to thrive in fast-paced, complex environments requiring both strategic oversight and hands-on execution.

Previous experience at RBC or other major Canadian banks is highly preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is

$32.39 / hour - $50.61 / hour . Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
