About The Role

Looking for a trim developer who will be responsible for end-to-end development, sourcing and execution of all garment trims. The position ensures trims meet brand standards in quality, cost, aesthetics and timelines while supporting seasonal calendars.

What You'll Do

• Trim Development & Innovation – develop and align with design direction & product needs. Research new materials and finishes across global trim hubs.
• Supplier & Region Expertise – strong knowledge of regional trim hubs. Identify right regions-based lead time, cost & capabilities.
• Sourcing & Costing – source competitive trim options and benchmark regional costing norms with capabilities.
• Calendar & Execution Management – ensure trim developments, approvals and testing done on time.
• Quality, Compliance & Sustainability – ensure trims meet global compliances and product quality standards.
• Cross‑Functional collaboration – work closely with design and partner factories for right coordination and timely deliverables.
