Available night and weekend for emergency call.
About the job IT Technician (Contractual)
We are currently seeking applicants for a blank position to assist our client. We welcome you to submit your application, if you are interested.
Main responsibilities :
- Perform technical interventions on the road;
- Repair, installation, maintenance and upkeep of computer equipment at the customer's premises; (computers, POS, printers, etc.)
- Communication with customers;
- Preparation and organization of documentation required for service calls;
- Training / certification required by our clients to assist in the calls;
- Be available evenings and weekends for emergencies;
- Inventory management.
