Responsibilities
- Reach out to customers, provide information on requested parts.
- Write up purchase orders, confirm accuracy and ensure timely delivery.
- Document errors and track follow-ups from service reports.
- Maintain up to date training records for technicians.
- Track and confirm all required documents are included in each service folder.
- Collaborate and support the parts department.
- Assisting with reception coverage and other administrative support as required.
Requirements
High school diploma is required; additional training or certification in an administrative support role is considered an asset.2+ years of administrative experience in a similar role.Must be able to lift 40-50lbs on a regular basis.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office with exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.Confidence speaking with technicians and clients.Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities.Experience handling both digital and physical records and filing systems.Proven capacity to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.Able to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team.If you meet the above qualifications, send your resume in for immediate review!
