What the Role Entails :
Manage regional admin services and support such as the triage teamCentralized recruitment lead for PL and CLCentralized point of contact for all marketing / advertising initiativesCentralized coordinator for all office suppliesOversee the overall adequate manning of our branches across the Region. Provide advice to regional and local managers on employees’ vacation requests.Support a strong employee engagement in the region by leading and coordinating engagement initiatives, diversity and inclusion initiatives as well as promoting a strong community presence.Manage all contracts and facilities administration duties of all locations in Southern Alberta, including being the main point of contact with our corporate Facilities teamMaintain excellent relationships with our local vendorsMeet regularly with Southern Alberta Regional PL and CL managers and support our strategic goals by enabling operational and administrative initiatives for the Region.Maintain excellent relationships with Insurance company representatives both in underwriting and management and lead projects related to regional training and audits.Works effectively with all internal PL and CL leaders in the region to ensure a high level of coordination of resources is achieved and support optimal growth.Take on regional projects as deemed necessaryThe Successful candidate will have :
