Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Superintendent to oversee the construction of custom smart homes and passive homes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential construction, a passion for sustainable building practices, and exceptional leadership skills to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Oversight : Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities for custom smart homes and passive homes, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and timelines.
• Team Leadership : Lead and coordinate a team of carpenters and other construction personnel, fostering a productive and collaborative work environment.
• Quality Assurance : Conduct regular inspections of work performed to ensure it meets high-quality standards, adheres to design specifications, and complies with building codes and regulations.
• Safety Management : Enforce and implement safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe and compliant worksite. Conduct safety meetings and ensure adherence to local safety regulations.
• Resource Management : Oversee the effective management and allocation of materials, tools, and equipment. Monitor inventory levels, place orders for additional supplies as needed, and ensure proper maintenance of resources.
• Client Relations : Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on-site, providing updates on project progress, addressing any concerns, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
• Problem Solving : Identify and resolve any on-site issues or challenges related to work quality, safety, or project timelines.
• Documentation : Maintain accurate and detailed project records, including daily reports, change orders, and progress updates.
