What you’ll do

• Apply psychological expertise in assessment, evaluation and treatment, monitor client progress and reporting, with consultation at the core of your role
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team regarding conditions that impact functional abilities, delivering psychosocial interventions as well as discharge planning
• Maximize the functional independence of clients to enhance their quality of life
