Halton Mobile Patrol Supervisor

What you will do:
- Monitoring and patrolling assigned areas, both in vehicle and on foot, for security breaches and hazards
- Vehicle and site inspections
- Responding to routine, emergency, and alarm calls
- Operating security systems such as CCTV, visitor management, fire & life safety, and access control
- Providing customer service, responding to public inquiries, and assisting in the movement of authorized visitors, vendors, and staff
- Managing and leading security guards as required
- Parking enforcement and emergency response support as required
- Recording and maintaining a memo book of daily activities, unusual or special occurrences, and issuance of equipment
- Documenting all incidents into concise and accurate security incident reports
- Enforcement of the Trespass to Property Act and other related legislation
- Assisting with health & safety inspections and investigations
- Collaborating directly with ASP management on matters pertaining to the Halton Region account

Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in a previous role with a similar size and scope of work
- Post-secondary education in a related discipline such as Security, Investigations, or Criminology is preferred
- An Ontario G driver’s license with a clean abstract, 25 years of age or over
- Must be able to obtain and maintain Vulnerable Sector Screening
- A valid Ontario security guard license
- A self-motivated and positive individual who is detail-oriented, skilled with Microsoft Office suite, and is a critical thinker

Compensation
-Expected compensation: $22.00 per hour
- The compensation range reflects base hourly pay and does not include overtime or premiums where applicable.
