Customer Service Representative Job Summary
We are looking for a customer-oriented representative to join our Halifax based team. As a Customer Service Representative, or CSR, you will act as a liaison in person at our retail based events. Day to day duties include :
The best CSRs are genuinely excited to help customers and a natural problem solver who is confident at troubleshooting and finding solutions. The overall goal is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
