Vibe Marketing is currently hiring for 3-4 vibrant, outgoing and people centred Customer Service Representatives to join our customer service team within the Halifax region.

Customer Service Representative Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-oriented representative to join our Halifax based team. As a Customer Service Representative, or CSR, you will act as a liaison in person at our retail based events. Day to day duties include :

  • Working on behalf of our clients at our face-to-face private site events
  • Assisting in new business acquisition and increasing market share through face-to-face new customer sign ups
  • Representing our clients and achieving customer retention through multiple face to face interactions with new and existing customers
  • Developing strong leadership and crew management skills to build a high performance through our ongoing career development program
  • Completion of a handful of sales including the collection of new customer personal details
  • Promoting‌ ‌a‌ ‌client’s‌ ‌products‌ ‌and‌ ‌services‌ ‌to‌ ‌the‌ ‌public‌ ‌(face-to-face)
  • Providing‌ ‌general‌ ‌customer‌ ‌service‌ ‌assistance‌ ‌and‌ ‌handling‌ ‌concerns‌
  • Answering‌ ‌questions‌ ‌and‌ ‌overcoming‌ ‌objections‌ ‌when‌ ‌applicable‌ ‌
  • The best CSRs are genuinely excited to help customers and a natural problem solver who is confident at troubleshooting and finding solutions. The overall goal is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.

    Just a few requirements :

  • You‌ ‌must‌ ‌be‌ ‌18+‌ ‌years‌ ‌of‌ ‌age‌ ‌and‌ ‌eligible‌ ‌to‌ ‌work‌ ‌in‌ ‌Canada ‌
  • You‌ ‌must‌ ‌be‌ ‌willing‌ ‌to‌ ‌work‌ ‌with‌ ‌customers‌ ‌face-to-face‌ ‌at one of our retail, in-store events ‌
  • Commuting‌ ‌to‌ ‌our‌ ‌office‌ ‌in‌ ‌Halifax‌ ‌is‌ ‌required‌ ‌on‌ ‌a‌ ‌daily‌ ‌basis‌ ‌ ‌
  • Full-time‌ ‌availability‌ ‌is‌ ‌preferred,‌ ‌and‌ ‌an‌ ‌immediate‌ ‌start‌ ‌is‌ ‌ideal‌ ‌
  • Customer‌ ‌Service,‌ ‌Retail‌ ‌Sales‌ ‌or‌ ‌Call‌ Centre ‌work‌ ‌is‌ ‌helpful‌
