The Role

We're seeking a proactive Executive Assistant to support our founder and growing team as we scale toward incorporation in 2026. You'll work directly with Rodney, managing both client delivery and internal operations in a dynamic, purpose-driven environment.

Part-Time : 20-25 hours / week | Location : Hybrid (remote

• in-person in Kleefeld, Manitoba)

What You'll Do Client Support : Coordinate meetings, deliverables, and timelines; prepare materials and manage communications

Success = freeing up 10-15 hours / week of founder time while ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
