We are looking for an Operations Clerk to be the backbone of our morning shift team. In this fast-paced role, you will help ensure every shipment is tracked, processed, and moved with precision. From handling critical freight data to supporting our ops team with day-to-day coordination, you will play a key role in keeping things on track. With 8 terminal locations across British Columbia, we fulfill shipments to communities within 1-3 days throughout BC and Alberta. Between our own resources and our partner network, our coverage extends beyond Western Canada into the U.S. and Eastern Canada.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate handling of all inbound and outbound freight.
• Perform accurate data entry for shipment details, freight documentation, and system updates.
• Support the evening operations team with administrative and clerical tasks.
• Crosstrain and be available to work day shifts as needed (e.g., coverage for vacation or sick leave).
