Altis Recruitment & Technology is currently looking for strategic and results-focused Account Manager to play a key role in growing our Construction & Property Management staffing division. This role is perfect for someone passionate about diving into sales / business development, and someone who would enjoy building, developing and nurturing new and existing partnerships and client relationships within the construction & property management industry. This position requires business development skills on the phone, in person, and in written presentation.
Responsibilities may include but will not be limited to :
- Actively engaging with clients and responsible for expanding our presence in the construction & property management marketplace
- Identifying new markets and business opportunities to pursue
- Retaining clients by providing superior customer service and staffing support
- Ensuring we don’t miss opportunities for new business with existing accounts
- Listening and drawing out the concerns and problems of clients to identify staffing solutions
- Mushrooming existing users to generate new business and grow sales
- Cross selling to identify opportunities for other divisions
- Marketing candidate resources based on client needs
- Resolving any issues that come up throughout the placement process
- Negotiating and closing deals; handling complaints or objections
- Conducting after placement service calls with both candidates and clients
- Attending in-person and virtual meetings with top users and prospects
- Participating in networking events and conferences on behalf of the company
- Preparing and reporting on goals, sales, and prospects
- Adhering to our high level of service standards and delivery
Qualifications & Experience
2+ years of direct experience within either staffing or sales, business development and / or account managementPrior experience working within an outreach driven seat and comfortable with cold outreachPassion for creating and fostering new relationshipsYou are a driven professional who is self-motivated for achieving and exceeding individual and team goalsFocused on driving client / candidate success and delivering the ultimate client / candidate experienceExceptional verbal and written communication skillsAbility to prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlinesNatural curiosity about people, their backgrounds and experienceExperience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environmentTechnical aptitude in the use of business software
