About the Opportunity
The Registered Cardiology Technologist performs the following noninvasive cardiac diagnostic tests : Electrocardiograms, Signal Average Electrocardiograms, Ambulatory Monitoring (Holter Scanning / Interpretation Event Loop Recorder), and physician-assisted Exercise Tolerance Testing (Stress Testing). The Technologist prepares patients for ambulatory monitoring which is a non‑invasive monitoring device worn by patients for 24 hours (Holter) or several weeks (Loop). The Technologist is responsible for preparing patients requiring stress and tilt table testing, performing stress tests under the direct supervision of the Cardiologist. The Registered Cardiology Technologist will also be responsible for precepting / mentoring all new learners in the department. Travel to other sites may be required.

Compensation and Benefits
Registered Cardiology Technologist Advanced : $32.48 - $36.65 hourly
Unregistered Cardiology Technologist : $23.07 - $26.44 hourly
