Your Role

As the Restaurant Floor Manager, you’ll:

• Lead and inspire a team to deliver seamless service and unforgettable experiences.
• Oversee daily floor operations to ensure efficiency and structure.
• Address guest concerns with professionalism, empathy, and quick resolution.
• Monitor and enhance team performance, offering coaching and support where needed.

• Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within the full-service restaurant or hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and energize a team.
