Main Requirements :
- At least 2 years in a billing or accounting role
- Fluently bilingual for correspondence outside of Quebec
- Strong communication skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel
Main Responsibilities :
- Correspond with clients via email, mail, or E-billing platforms for all billing and project purposes
- Respond promptly to internal and client requests regarding billing and project status
- Review and maintain budgets in Excel, ensuring adherence and communicating budget updates to Partners as needed
- Conduct monthly review of Accounts Receivable, discussing required actions internally and ensuring follow-up
