Accounts Receivable Analyst - Transformation Project

This isn't just processing transactions - it's about building the future state of our accounts receivable function while keeping a massive operation running smoothly.

You'll work directly with the Manager of Adjustments, supporting AR operations across our decentralized retail processes and centralized cash application. But here's what makes this role different : you'll be operating in two worlds simultaneously - maintaining current systems (PeopleSoft, Oracle) while actively shaping and testing our new SAP environment. What You'll Do

Your day-to-day will be dynamic. You'll triage and process AR adjustments and write-offs, resolve aging issues, and support bad debt processing. You'll also be deep in the transformation work - running UAT and regression testing, validating new processes, and identifying opportunities to automate manual work that's been done the same way for years.

You'll collaborate across the business - AR customer service, cash management, credit and collections, plus partners in Treasury, IT, Digital, HR, and Operations. When issues surface, you'll facilitate resolution and know when to escalate. You'll help implement policies for cash misapplication, account adjustments, bad debt, and unclaimed property. And you'll be accountable for meeting month-end close deadlines, including adjustments, reconciliations, and system issue remediation.

This role requires someone who understands how the AR subledger connects to the general ledger, knows the OTC tendering process, and can move fast without sacrificing accuracy.

Solid accounts receivable experience at an intermediate level. You've worked in finance and AR operations, and you understand change management - not just as a concept, but as something you've lived through. You're comfortable in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift and you need to stay focused on what matters most. You're a problem-solver who sees process improvement as part of the job, not extra work. And you're a team player who jumps in where needed.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $31.25 - $33.65 / hr.
