Role Overview :
This role reports to the Lead Coordinator (LC) of the respective clinic. In this role, you will provide excellence in front desk operations, clinic workflow and service to support therapists and clients to deliver a lasting impression on each client. The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, eagerness and passion for getting things done in an efficient and accurate manner, all while upholding Axis standards.

What You'll Do :
Promote the clinic cultureEmbody Axis core values and standards to help deliver the Axis Experience to all clientsSupport therapists in their day-to-day needs to ensure smooth workflowsMaintain facility standards and ensure utmost compliance with the Axis policies and safety standardsConstantly monitor and manage the therapists schedule to optimize the day via initial bookings, waitlist management and call-backsManage client bookings and arrival timesEnsure initial, canceled, no showed, and wait-listed clients are contacted as necessaryAccurately and precisely capture referral notes for new clientsEnsure all billing, invoicing and claims are submitted and filed accuratelyEnsure clinic organization and cleanliness is consistently monitored and up to clinic standardsWork with the LC to follow up on any outstanding payments as necessaryRespond to all medical request inquiries received at the clinicComplete all cash reconciliation and reporting processes at end of day / end of monthEnsure excellent communication with all CCs, therapists and leadership to ensure smooth operationsWork with LC to assist with any tasks, business initiatives and documentation as neededWho You Are :
You have 1+ years experience in customer service and / or hospitalityYou are flexible to work days, evenings and / or weekend hours as neededYou must be able to work a minimum of 3 shifts per week (equivalent to ~15 hours per week)You have strong attention to detailYou are passionate by nature, wanting to help your team grow as a wholeYou are passionate about the industry we are in, the work we do, and you understand the value we offer, allowing you to effectively communicate these values to our clientsYou are able to work independently with minimal supervision as well as within a teamYou have an innate drive to work hard, take initiative, and hustleYou come in everyday with your professional cap on, and as your authentic selfYou prioritize your mental and physical health so you can come in everyday as the best version of yourselfYou are passionate about ensuring top quality client interactions and experiences are delivered day in and day outYou care about your workspace, ensuring your space is clean and presentableYou embody strong sales, communication and customer service skillsYou are open-minded and adaptable to new workflows and business initiativesPerks This Role Offers :
