Inside Sales Rep (Full Time) – North Bay, ON

Major Responsibilities

• Efficiently process customer orders, responding to walk‑in and telephone sales orders and product inquiries.
• Sell gases and welding products to walk‑in and telephone customers, with an emphasis on upselling other gases and welding products.
• Process all cash, charge, and credit card orders, including amending orders for invoicing.
• Maintain local inventory control and manage branch stock, including surplus inventory for hard goods and cylinders.
• Handle end‑of‑day, week, and month processes (SOX reports, the Big 5 Report, open orders, workbench).
• Process bank daily deposits and perform cash reconciliation.
• Accountable for shipping / receiving customer orders and branch transfers.
• Assist customers with welding applications to ensure Linde products meet their requirements.
• Provide assistance to the Territory Manager(s) in serving accounts.
