Location : Delta, British-Columbia

We are currently recruiting for a dynamic and highly motivated professional to fulfill the role of Product Manager for our Industrial Chemical group. The Product Management role at Quadra is a blend of marketing and procurement functions. We are looking for a candidate that will have marketing and supply chain experience with an open mind and good business acumen!
Reporting to the Product Market Manager, the candidate will bring to this position professional product expertise to lead the organization while making strategic product decisions. What would be your main responsibilities as a Product Manager? :
Ensure reliable and competitive supply of products aligned with the needs of target marketsDevelop and maintain a robust, multi-level supplier relationship through regular, documented interactions in SalesforceConduct formal evaluations of supplier performanceDrive ongoing market development and sustainable, profitable growth of the product portfolioServes as central liaison between the sales team, customers and suppliers, balancing company objectives with customer requirements and supplier expectationsAct as a subject matter expert for key products and markets, staying informed about industry trends and developmentsMaintain and manage accurate and competitive pricing by updating price lists regularly and ensuring alignment with market dynamicsIn collaboration with their Procurement Specialist, analyze monthly product performance reports to identify opportunities for improvement or growthRepresent the company in focus industries by attending trade shows, conferences, and networking events to enhance visibility and build connectionsFoster trust and credibility with the commercial team, build strong ties, promoting collaboration efforts to achieve business goalsEnsure accuracy of product information within Salesforce and the broader product portfolioActively contribute to shaping group objectives and fulfilling the organization’s missionLead initiatives to explore potential new products and identifying emerging target markets for growth opportunitiesDelivering presentations both for internal and external communication (i.e. suppliers, customers, conferences)Desired Key Skills and Attributes :

Bachelor’s degree in Science or Business-related fieldMinimum 5 years previous experience as a sales professional in the industrial chemical industryProfessional procurement accreditation an assetProven experience analyzing markets and developing marketing plansCommunication proficiency in French and English (oral and written bilingualism) is a strong assetProven Microsoft Office skills as well as strong CRM skills (Salesforce experience would be an asset)Proven business acumen and commercial knowledgeProven ability to manage and influence othersExcited to contribute towards a high-performance culture, accustomed to a fast-paced environmentMust posses a valid passport and driver’s license : willingness and ability to travel up to 40% of working time (including overnight and international travel)At Quadra, we offer not only an engaging culture, a collaborative, family-oriented and supportive environment, but also plenty of autonomy and flexibility.
